Description
The piece depicts Mickey Mouse on a cart wagon, being drawn by a horse. The toy is movable, and simulates Mickey using the reins attached to the horse as it moves up and down, as seen in the video. The piece is handmade and polychromed painted.
This best in class piece is published and was museum exhibited at Mexico's Museum of Modern Art in 1984/85. It was loaned by noted Mexican artist Ignacio Ortiz. Others who loaned toys for the exhibition included Rufino and Olga Tamayo. See page 21.
