Shipping policy

Flat Fee Shipping & Handling charges apply to all products delivered within the continental United States.

If you prefer to pick up your purchase, or have your shipper do so, we will coordinate and are pleased to hold your item without storage charges for a period of 45 days. After 45 days, $20 per week is charged.

Shipments Outside the Continental United States will be estimated and handled on a case by case basis. Note: International orders are a final sale and not eligible for return. Orders that ship over an ocean or border (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico) are considered international and a final sale.

We strive to ship out within 24 to 48 hours.

We use USPS for smaller items and Fed-Ex, UPS and DHL for Medium and larger packages.

White Glove Shipping (WGS): WGS is utilized within the Continental United States for furniture, large ceramic pieces and large works of art.
